Is it just me or is there a blue elephant in the room that nobody is talking about?

Reminds me of Dumbo a little bit, without the large ears. He is wearing a orange and green pom pom circus style hat. Very cheerful jar with a big smile. I got him at a yard sale and his neck was taped shut, so he has some tape glue still on his neck. I need to clean this off with orange goo gone cleaner.
