Here is a free happy birthday cupcake topper file printable on 8.5×11 paper that I made. It is a dark purple color with stripe border. I like to match my toppers to the flavor of the cupcake sometimes, so something berry flavored would be nice with this image. Such as grape, raspberry or blueberry with a cream frosting. Can also double as tags or party circles for a party. Attach to cupcakes with sticks or toothpicks.

Each circle measures about 2 inches. You can fussy cut or use a circle paper punch to cut out. Make double sided and sandwich a stick in between.
