Roadside America was an indoor miniature village and museum located in Shartlesville, Pennsylvania. The attraction features detailed and accurate reproductions of American landmarks, buildings, and scenes from the past and present. These miniatures, which are all made by hand, are displayed in a variety of dioramas and exhibits that allow visitors to explore different parts of the country and learn about its history and culture. There was a running train layout. Some of the miniatures include replicas of famous buildings such as the White House and the Liberty Bell, as well as more obscure and offbeat landmarks like the world’s largest frying pan and the smallest church. In addition to the miniatures, Roadside America also featured interactive exhibits, hands-on activities, and a gift shop. The goal of Roadside America is to showcase the unique and diverse aspects of American culture and history in an entertaining and educational way.
